At first I was going to guess a spaceship, but that would be too obvious.
All the talk about power probably means she wants to come up with some thaumatological way to literally harness the power of the stars. Like huge, trans-galactic power plants.

Look at her sharp teeth in the last frame! She definitely is a biter. Probably a vampire. that explains why she has lived so long. it doesn’t seem like many elves live to be much past 600yr.
