Wow, quite the segue there. Smooth is not his middle name.

Holy shit, those time peices and Victoriana pretty much came out of nowhere. Lot of technological change in no time at all.

I love his coat. It looks like a black version of the Doctor Who coat that I made.

Even though the architecture of the place changes rapidly it is comforting to know that timepieces will always maintain the same design.

What a dork. Just because they’ve been going out for that long doesn’t automatically mean they should move in. That’s a big step to take and it should be done when the time is right, not just because it’s been over a year.
Also, yeah, that “segue” wasn’t much of one, kind of rude of him to change the subject so quickly. Pssht.

I’m guessing they’re going to break-up because he realizes there’s no future to the relationship. Kiyohara never wants kids and pulls back in horror at even the suggestion of moving in with him. Why shouldn’t he dump her? Every day he’s with her is a day he’s not finding someone interested in him for more than a bit of fun.

Calm down, doc. Our dear Creator is creating what he wants to. The alternative to Heliothaumic wouldn’t have been Midlands returned to its former glory, but rather Midlands updating rarely and going nowhere. The Midlands had a lot of interesting ideas, but as a whole it was a severe mess. The most interesting ideas will be retooled and used here. Have faith in our Creator.
