And the jump in time between this page and the one before is jarring, but surmountable. The part that is confusing the *hell* out of me is *why are the people in the penultimate panel on the previous page wearing exactly what Takako and Buntaro are in this one?* Barring one of those comedy movie hit-someone-over-the-head-and-steal-their-clothes scenarios, I cannot wrap my head around this. I like this scene. And the jump in time between this page and the one before is jarring, but surmountable.
