If Takako is anything like Silth, and she does resemble Silth a fair amount, she’s blushing not because she’s attracted to Kei but because she’s embarrassed and annoyed that she has to disillusion yet another lesbian suitor. ;-) And maybe because she’s had too much gin.

She’s blushing so much because she’s drunk - one of the earlier comics mentioned that she has a poor tolerance to alcohol causing that.
